All but one of this year’s Confirmation candidates in Wivenhoe are younger than 18.
Several young members of St Mary’s youth group The Way came forward to be confirmed by Bishop Roger, Bishop of Colchester.

Almost every other year we invite the Bishop to preside at Confirmation and this time that will be on Sunday 5 July at 11.00am at St Mary’s.

The Rt Revd Roger Morris, Bishop of Colchester, will preach and lead the service to which everyone is invited.
