Wivenhoe Ranger football club during the 1950’s had this as an emblem on the breast pocket. They were sown on by Mrs Cook of Park Road Wivenhoe. Commemorating the Amos Charity cup five years running.
According to Mr Peter Green who was a member of the team at that time, the team was very successful and won many trophies.
