St Mary’s Singers meets again on Thursday evenings from 13th February at 7.30pm to prepare Music for Good Friday 10th April. This year there will be a selection of pieces by Palestrina, Dubois, Jacob Handl and others together with some solo pieces and organ music by John Rippin.
Rehearsals continue on Thursday evenings up to Good Friday and we would welcome any singers who would like to join us for what promises to be an interesting selection of smaller but moving choral pieces suitable for Good Friday.
