Repairs to the roof and some of the stone work of the church will begin in October 2015.
Via this page we’re planning to bring you narrative, photos, videos and recorded interviews relating to the work involved in preserving the fabric of this historic building, that in its present form has graced Wivenhoe’s skyline since 1854.
Additional work of upgrading the heating, lighting and sound systems will follow after the roof is repaired. The LATEST page will be regularly updated with more information while these works are ongoing.
