Saturday 15 July Wivenhoe Toddlers group came to the lovely big Rectory garden for a couple of funfilled hours.

There is a historical connection between the Toddlers group and St Mary’s church and though it is now no longer run by St Mary’s, the Rector still visits the group at their Tuesday morning gathering. A number of volunteers from the church also help with the refreshments.

The TB picnic was a delightful event and held in glorious sunshine.  Tasty food…..melon banana strawberries cake biscuits ice lollies, and tea/coffee and cake for the adults. The Peppa Pig bouncy castle was a big hit and Tatty Bumpkins entertained/involved the children which was fun …..all the teddies were smiling too!
